Keith Mullin

Mr. Mullin conceived and deployed Biosilo Foods, Inc. to over 700 domestic sales accounts together with distribution in eight countries worldwide.

Mullin has 15 years’ experience in CPG and has developed and licensed award-winning consumer products.  Mullin products sell globally in retailers such as Wal-Mart, Costco, Petsmart, Target, and Toys-R-Us.

Mr. Mullin also has 12 years’ experience in the real estate development industry. Mullin has managed and installed over $800M in real estate assets including; Office, Retail, Entertainment and Residential products.


Chris Wadden
Mr Wadden, a 30 year career veteran in the Food and Beverage Industry has 20 years in General Manager and President positions domestically and internationally. Wadden as COO, launched Nabisco’s joint venture in the People Republic of China and designed the market development, operations, and manufacturing that are in place today. Wadden has launched over 300 new products through aggressive new brands, private label and licensed national product introductions.

Dan Pittard
For over 38 years, Mr. Pittard has worked at the C-level of some of the world’s most successful companies including, McKinsey, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, Amoco, Gateway, Rubio’s Restaurants and Oberto Brands. Pittard develops profitable growth strategies and has a proven track record of setting strategic direction and positioning companies for long term growth. For Amoco, Pittard had direct P&L responsibility for four divisions with $13 billion in revenue. As CEO at Rubio’s Restaurants he increased sales 30% and adjusted EBITDA 49% during the “great recession”. Pittard received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS degree from Georgia Tech.

Maura Mitchell
Mrs. Mitchell, a foodie business veteran has over 20 years of management and marketing experience. After receiving her MBA from Stanford University, she joined Pillsbury, then on to lead Nestle Beverage Company's expansion of Hills Bros Coffee. As a Team Leader/General Manager at PepsiCo / Quaker Oats she turned around the Rice-A-Roni division, delivered the three most profitable years, ever, for the portfolio and became the division's second in command. Mitchell has extensive experience in natural food and CPG with such clients as Clif Bar, Peet's, Safeway, and Clorox.

Michael Mack
Michael co-founded and built Garden Fresh (Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes) one of the country’s largest and most successful restaurant companies from 2 restaurants in 1984 to 125 restaurants with 6,000 employees in 15 states.  Mack financed the growth of Garden Fresh through 8 equity offerings; 4 rounds of venture capital, an IPO, a secondary public offering and after 10 years as public company, 2 private equity transactions.  The second PE transaction resulted in one of the highest returns in Centre Partners history.  Michael also serves on the Advisory Board of Tender Greens and USD School of Business.  Mack received an MBA from Harvard University and an Sc.B. in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University.
